Christmas 2010

We had a wonderful Christmas at our house this year!!! We had such a great time doing fun activities, learning about the true meaning of Christmas, and getting ready for Santa to come. We started off Christmas Eve at my parents house.

Then it was time to open our Christmas pajamas...

Then it was off home to set out cookies, put out reindeer food, and get to sleep before Santa came.
The kids woke up so excited that Santa came during the night. Poor little Bella was woken up by some very excited kids! The kids got to walk down youngest to oldest to see what Santa left them and this is what they saw...

After a great Christmas morning we were off to my parents house for more presents and fun. We were able to talk with Kaylie, and then had tamales which Kaylie said is a Christmas tradition down there in Costa Rica.

Now the toys are put away and the Christmas decorations are down but the excitement is still in our house as the count down to next year begins.

Guess that Baby!

People always tell me that Bella looks like Ciara. Well I didn't see it. I would just smile and say, "Do you think?" until I pulled out Ciara's baby book to compare Christmas pictures. Since Ciara and Bella were born a month apart Ciara's Christmas clothes fit Bella. As I began looking at Ciara's baby pictures I couldn't believe that was Ciara and not Bella. It could have been Bella's baby book! I couldn't believe it so look at the pictures below and see if you can name that baby.....

Latest Happenings

We have been up to a lot lately...

In November Seth ran a half marathon!!!! We were so proud of him and waited for him at the finish line! Maybe next year it will be my turn to run one.

The kids helped him cross the finish line!
Bella is getting more cute by the minute and all of us love her to pieces!

Ethan started playing basketball through the rec center and Seth is his coach. I don't know who is more excited Seth or Ethan.

Lastly, Ciara and I were able to go on  a special date night to see Disney on Ice. I even left Bella with Seth and Ciara and I had a magical time! Really, it was wonderful and Ciara loved every minute of it especially the princesses dancing with their handsome princes and getting a Cinderella doll. This is a yearly tradition that we will have to continue.

Our Thanksgiving

We have had a great Thanksgiving. Our week started off with Thanksgiving programs at school for Ethan and Ciara.

Ciara had a pancake feast and program. My camera wasn't working when all the preschoolers marched in with their Pilgrim bonnets on. Ciara looked very cute!!!! It was so fun for both Seth and I to watch her sing all her preschool songs, and then we were able to have a pancake feast with her, and then walk around with her will she did Thanksgiving activities and crafts. We are so thankful for Ciara and for the sweet and beautiful girl that she is. Here is a picture of her later that day at school.
Later on in the day we went back to the school for Ethan's thanksgiving program. It was so cute! His teacher, Mrs. Bartholio is such a great teacher and we are thankful Ethan has her as a teacher this year. They sang us some Thanksgiving songs, and then each student had a part to say that told us about the first Thanksgiving. After it was done we had pumpkin pie back in his classroom. We are thankful for Ethan and for all that he does to help me with Bella and for working so hard in school. He is such a good bay!

Then on Thanksgiving day I had a little photo shoot with my little pumpkin!!!! She is ADORABLE!!! She was loving to smile at Ethan, she thinks he is pretty cool! We are so thankful that Bella has joined our family this year. She is such a joy and a blessing in each of our lives and we all love her to pieces!

My three little blessing!

My cute little girls!

I am thankful for a loving husband that takes care of his family, that always is so willing to help me with the house and kids, he helps me out A LOT!, and that he is such a good father to our three kids.
For Thanksgiving we went over to Casey and Brynn's house for dinner. My parents went to Parowan but we couldn't join them because Seth had to work and Brynn is about to have a baby. Even though it was small it was fun and the kids had a lot of fun playing together. After a great dinner we took the kids to see Megamind. After a little dessert we came home and put the kids to bed so that Brynn and I could go shopping! Yes, I went out before midnight and am happy to say that I am all done Christmas shopping!!!!!!!
