Our Only Family Camping Trip This Yesr!

At the beginning of June we went on our first and only family camping trip this summer. We decided to keep it close this year and headed to Cherry Creek just for a night.

Seth was great to do all the packing up, setting up, and cleaning up! After getting everything set up we headed down to the reservoir for some swimming and playing in the sand. They kids LOVED it and we spent all afternoon there.

We then cooked hot dogs and made S'mores. It was such a nice summer night! Then we went to bed. It wasn't my best night sleep but we still had fun as a family.

In the morning we had a quick breakfast packed everything up and headed back to the lake for a few hours. All in all our camping trip was great!
