We had such a FUN and very busy 4th of July weekend!!! We loved celebrating our countries birthday with lots of family time, food, and fireworks. I didn't take my camera to our activities but I did get some of the kids before the baseball game and LOTS of my little Bella.
On Saturday Seth spent the day downtown in line for Rookies tickets. He was able to get us some tickets that allowed us to sit on the outfield to watch the fireworks. It was such a perfect evening for a game. Ethan got into the game this year and understood what was going on and knew most of the players. Ciara loved meeting Dinger, the mascot, and Bella did great!![]()
The Rockies fireworks show was incredible. We literally were laying underneath them, had music playing along with them, and they were Amazing! We will have to make that a family tradition.
Then on Sunday we had my family and some friends over for a 4th of July BBQ. Seth is such a great help when it comes to this like this, he does everything I ask without complaining and the food, hamburgers, hot dogs, shrimp, and brats, he cooked were the best!
After we ate we did some fireworks in the street and had s'mores in the back. Seth was such a good dad and slept in the back with the kids and cousins while Bella and I had a wonderful night sleep inside.
On Monday we decided to take the kids to the local amusement park. We went to the water park part first and then went on some rides. It was not as busy as I thought it would be and we didn't have to wait in very long lines. We then took the kids out to dinner and then watched a local fireworks show.
After three days of activities we were all exhausted! Even my little Bella slept straight through the night for 3 nights straight and she has never done that in her 11 months! But we had a lot of fun and are very thankful for our country and all that it provided for us.
